As the HCSW Modeling and Simulation Lead, you will:
- Plan and lead the Modeling and Simulation analysis of the HCSW System including integration of Lockheed Martin and our Teammates information; analysis will include modeling and simulation of the HCSW performance of Mission profiles, trajectories, accuracy, and performance estimation

Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent experience in closely related field
• Experience Leading a multi-disciplined missile system analysis team
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and lead system analysis and modeling efforts
• Extensive knowledge in System level analysis and error budgeting to define requirement allocations and inform system-level design decisions
• Trajectory analysis and Modeling and Simulation tools experience
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a multi-disciplined diverse team across multiple geographically dispersed sites
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral, are essential along with the ability to professionally represent the company and program in multiple settings
• Microsoft Office suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Ability to travel to support reviews, analysis and program planning, tiger teams, etc.
DoD Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
Desired Skills:
12-14 years experience in Systems Engineering or related disciplines
• Systems Engineering experience within with Missile Domain experience
• Customer interface experience, preferably AF customer experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and external customers
• Missile segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering
• Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams
• Ability to Make quick and independent technical decisions
• TS/SCI clearance
