Responsible for Huntsville Site Quality to include:
AS9100 Audit, kickoff meetings, working schedule, preparation of entire site, involvement with specific section owners. Responsible for tracking findings toward closure. Effective communication with Sr audit team.
5-STAR assessment for all areas of the Huntsville campus. Involves planning, coordinating schedule, floor walks, tracking ICARs toward closure.
Huntsville Internal Operations Review IOR. Host the Quarterly IOR, effective executive leadership communication and presentation, driving team actions toward closure. Tracking actions.
Northern Alabama Operating Instructions (NAOI) Manage the NAOI documentation between Huntsville and Courtland. Reviewing effectiveness of document and tracking through signature review.
Review ACORN request for site, ensure ESD/FOE/FOD training is met.
Drop Mitigation / FOE / FOD POC for the Huntsville Campus. Ensuring areas are following the site Drop Mitigation plan, review and update as needed.
Perform Visual Acuity training as needed, tracking within the database system.
May also perform; Implementation and execution of program quality requirements. Responsible for aspects of Quality across the programs life-cycle including proposals, contract review, start-up, development, transition to production, production and support. Requires an understanding of quality tasks across quality functions including hardware, software, systems and suppliers/subcontractors, and customers. Proficient in company policies. Partners with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution. Performs contract reviews and flows down contract quality requirements to quality team, including suppliers. Establishes quality budgets and cost commitments. Serves on the program area Risk and Opportunity Review Boards; nominates risks and opportunities. Ensures Quality Assurance Plans are documented and current and implemented. Schedules and ensures assessments of program (e.g. quality audits). Participates in independent program reviews to understand risks and drive Return to Green plans. Maintains a DCMA/Customer quality relationship. Establishes and maintains effective Quality Program Team business rhythm.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Must have the ability to obtain a clearance

- Microsoft TEAMS use to involve creation and maintaining of channels.
-Microsoft Office experience
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 2 yrs in Production Operations or Technical Operations engineering; or a Master's degree in STEM discipline with 1+ years of experience.
-Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional and program organizations
-Experience with SAP ERP Systems
-Experience working with AS9100/ ISO 9000 standards
-FMEA experience
-Counterfeit material prevention
-Strong experience with design improvements, design for manufacturability, corrective action boards

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
