Description:Come be a part of the development of the new Hypersonic Conventional Strike Weapon (HCSW). This new air-launched weapon system will include phases progressing through design, flight test, initial production and deployment of the weapon system. Manages Life Cycle Logisticians in integrating the product support elements to develop an affordable and effective product support strategy. Ensure product support strategies meet program goals for operational effectiveness and readiness, ensure supportability requirements are addressed consistently with cost, schedule, and performance, ensure supportability considerations are implemented during systems design, meet system materiel availability, materiel reliability, operations and support cost, and mean down time objectives, and deliver optimal life cycle product support. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Directs the review of handbooks for technical adequacy. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support.
Basic Qualifications:
Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project; Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and act as change agent; strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple project simultaneously; self-motivated with a natural curiosity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Desired Skills:
Possess the ability to grasp technical concepts at a high level as explained by system engineers, and then translate, and document those concepts into a format easily understood by the user. Experience with shipping hazardous, unclassified and classified material internationally.
