Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Program Manager for the KSA THAAD program. This position is located in either Huntsville, AL or Grand Prairie, TX.

The KSA THAAD PM will support the KSA Upper Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Country Director. Responsible for leading program planning and execution to ensure the delivery of THAAD capability on schedule and within budget. Manages KSA program requirements and activities with THAAD technical, engineering, and functional staffs in Huntsville, Dallas, and Sunnyvale. Supports multiple proposal and industrial participation efforts. Interfaces with numerous US and KSA government and industry organizations and senior leaders, including the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), the Ministry of Defense, General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), Saudi Arabia Military Industries (SAMI), and the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF), the US Country Team, and United States Military Training Mission (USMTM). Coordinates with Lockheed Martin (LM) International, LM Saudi Arabia, and other LM business areas. This position requires demonstrated superior program management skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

CONUS and OCONUS travel is required for the position.
Basic Qualifications:
Experienced leader with 10-12 years of superior program management experience.

Ability to secure a DOD Secret Security Clearance.

International business or military experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills and formal presentation skills.

Demonstrated full spectrum leader – ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships and be accountable with high integrity and ethics.

Earned Value Management - Understands standard metrics (Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), To Complete Performance Index (TCPI), cost & schedule variances, Management Reserve (MR), etc.

Risk Management - experienced in risk mitigation and opportunity development. Understands the value of identifying and managing programs risks.

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Demonstrated excellence in team building and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Desired Skills:
Experience managing large, complex programs.

Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Knowledge and experience with foreign military sales (FMS) programs.

Familiarization with International Trade Compliance, Export Control, and Licensing.

Familiarity with offset and industrial participation projects.

Knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD).

Experience working with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
