We have an immediate opportunity available for you as a Facilities Senior Manager serving as the Site Lead for Lockheed Martin Space sites in Huntsville, Alabama.

What will typical responsibilities include?

• You will manage Facility Operations and Services (FO&S) for Lockheed Martin Space’s Huntsville Alabama Facility.

• Plan, budget, and schedule resources for Facility Operations for Space facilities in Huntsville, Alabama.

• You will Lead Space Facilities in the resource planning, budgeting, recruiting, training and leadership of a skilled workforce that sustains and improves infrastructure, employee environments, production and testing operations.

• You will coordinate with Space Operations, Strategic Missile Defense, Military Space and Commercial/Civil Business Operations and Program Leadership in strategic planning and tactical execution of facilitation.

• You will partner with NASA, USAF, Navy and other Government organizations regarding facility initiatives supporting the Space lines of business.

• You will partner with other areas of Space Operations and leaders in leasing, economic development, construction, expanding, or Enterprise reshaping activities.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in applicable field (Business Management or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience/education.

• 10 or more years of Commercial/Industrial Facilities Management experience with demonstrated successful experience in building and equipment maintenance management, workspace planning, and resource planning.

• At least 4 or more years of demonstrated successful leadership experience (team lead, subcontractor management, or formal leadership role).

• Experience in integrated workspace management system (IWMS), sustainable maintenance and operations and in maintaining/operating classified and ordnance rated areas.

• Must be a United States citizen

• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance and also ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Desired Skills:
• International Facility Management Association's Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification.

• Prior Lockheed Martin Facility Management experience.

• Active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance or current TS/SCI clearance.

• Ability to coordinate multiple buildings and maintenance operation teams simultaneously.

• Highly effective communicator and team leader with demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external customers.
