Join our Strategic and Missile Defense team. We are seeking a Hypersonic Conventional Strike Weapon (HCSW) Deputy Program Manager for our Huntsville, Alabama site. In this dynamic role, you will support the HCSW Program Manager, in overall management of the technical, cost, schedule and contract areas of the program. Additionally, you will ensure that HCSW Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) execute program tasks in such a way to align and support program and Air Force Programs financial commitments. Your responsibility will include overall HCSW programs operations and supporting customer interactions on these topics. As a key contributor to the overall operations success for the program, you will be responsible for the execution of Task Orders 2 and 5, and will chair the HCSW Corrective Action Board (CAB).

Additionally, you will own the following responsibilities:

• Serve as Chairperson for CAB
• Coordinate with IT and facilities at all sites to ensure program support is adequate and timely
• Provide organizational leadership and mentorship to our subcontracts team
• Monitor program performance against the HCSW contractual Not-To-Exceed (NTE)
• You will serve as Chair the Program Risk and Opportunity Working Group (PROWG)
• Manage Executive action tracking and drive closure
• Ensure all required resources are provided when needed
• Integrate staffing and succession plans
• You will assist the PM with overall program strategic planning, Program Management Plan and associated battle rhythm
• Provide an additional program interface to our customers and other partners
• You will represent LM at customer / executive meetings
Provide timely and accurate program information

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• You will have demonstrated capability in the following areas: Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule, Risk Management, Management of Subcontractors
• Have formal presentation skills
• Talent Development experience
• Have a focus on problem resolution
• Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Final Secret Clearance required prior to start.
Desired Skills:
• Have top-notch communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
• Have validated experience leading development program efforts
• Have successful experience leading an IPT
