Lockheed Martin (LM) is looking for a forward-thinking Electronics Engineering Manager for the Minuteman III (MMIII) Reentry Systems/Reentry Vehicles (RSRV) program. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the Maintenance & logistics lead under the Program Manager.

• Responsible for Reentry system and all associated Support Equipment maintenance and sustainment.

• Ensure all electrical performance and integration, power modeling, channelization/electrical interconnect management, compatibility analysis, and electrical subsystem designs to ensure compliance with the vehicle level technical baseline, maintaining end to end compatibility, functional allocations and margins

• Primary point of contact for customer on all direct tasking through the Sustainment contract.

• Functional management responsibilities including mentoring, guidance, year-end performance appraisals for Electronics Engineering team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL TYPICALLY HAVE:

• 10 or more years of professional experience, including 5 years of project leadership in hardware design and development.

• If selected, you will be subject to a government security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• Must have an active Secret clearance to be considered for this role, thus you are a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

• Experience with design, integration and testing.

• Demonstrated success in technical leadership role.

• Final DoD Top Secret Clearance required
Desired Skills:
• Reentry vehicle Reentry Systems/Reentry Vehicles (RSRV) design, integration, test or operations.
• Prior program management experience
• Familiarity with Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) mission sustainment acquisition processes, as well as customer organizational structure.
• Integration and expertise in multiple Reentry vehicle subsystems/support equipment.
• Prior experience with reentry vehicle electrical subsystem/components on design and test.
• Electrical design and integration (power modeling, electrical compatibility analysis, etc.).
• Integrating flight software and databases.
• Creating/modifying system design artifacts per the requirements baseline.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate mission information, technical decisions and issues to both highly technical and non-technical reviewers.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals.
