Description: The AI Content Curator and Tool role is a new strategic role within LM Space Proposal Operations. The successful candidate will lead efforts to curate content for use in Artificial Intelligence-assisted proposal generation. The curator will identify data needs in the current proposal re-use library and partner with subject matter experts, capture managers, authors, and technical teams to identify or create data sources. The successful candidate will also support proposal activities through the management of the Proposal Operations toolset, including the AI Assist tool and other proposal management and development assets. The curator will work proactively to identify and address needs in the AI content library and within our Proposal Operations toolset to accommodate current and future pursuits.
The AI Content Curator and Tool role will join the diverse and engaged Proposal Operations team, working alongside Proposal Managers, Graphic Artists, Publications Coordinators, Proposal Authors, Review Leads, and Technical Editors. Primary job responsibilities include:
• Advocating for the development of a robust reuse library to be used in content generation for proposals and integration into Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Supporting the development of AI resources for assisting in the proposal process.
• Supporting Proposal Operations efforts to streamline proposal tool sets.
• Identifying content needs for upcoming efforts through proactive planning using planning pipelines and collaboration with capture colleagues.
• Spearheading the gathering or creation of materials in support of AI tools and proposal efforts, including leading content collection for program past performance.
• Collaborating with Proposal Operations team members to provide seamless, consistently high-quality proposal support.
Basic Qualifications:
• Relevant years of experience in business development, proposal development, content curation, Artificial Intelligence, information technology, and/or project management
• Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships on a diverse team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Ability to acquire and retain a TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with content curation and database management
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
• Education in Artificial Intelligence and/or Information Technologies
• Current TS/SCI security clearance
• Proposal Management experience
• Capture Management experience
• Related advanced degree
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills
• Experience using historical databases for mining writing content
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $105,000 - $201,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
