If you are a hardworking, self-starter, eager to learn in a dynamic environment, come join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst supporting our Business Development efforts within our Space Mission Solutions team. This position will require that you have an active TS/SCI clearance. In this role, you will focus on coordination of customer engagements, conference and tradeshow attendance, weekly activity reporting, ongoing NBAE budget monitoring, opportunity tracking accuracy, and regular engagement with the central BD team. You will use your expertise to grow business and build on the history and success of Lockheed Martin while building on your career achievements.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:
•Lead efforts across leadership and the BD team to collect customer information and coordinate customer visits.
•Work across the Mission Solutions team as well as externally and across other Space LOBs to coordinate conference/tradeshow attendance, registration, coordination with LM communications, and demonstrations.
•Collect, consolidate, prepare, and submit the BD weekly activity report as well as highlight key items for direct submission to central BD.
•Actively support BD and capture teams to ensure opportunities (and their milestones) are accurately captured and kept current within the SpaceBridge opportunity tracking tool.
•Interface between the BD and capture teams to the Financial support team to ensure accurate NBAE charging and support of LCT efforts.
•Collect, coordinate, consolidate and develop status briefings related to our New Business efforts to include MPR, NBR, Strategy Sessions, and ad hoc information requests.
•Develop and maintain effective customer, cross-LOB, and internal relationships.

Your success in this role will be measured by:
•Your ability to build strong internal and external networks and teams.
•All conferences/tradeshows identified, calendared, and coordinated across the Mission Solutions leadership team.
•Registration and attendee coordination for conferences/tradeshows.
•Accurate and timely submission of weekly activity reports and briefing packages.

Typical Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Basic Qualifications:
•Current TS/SCI clearance.
•Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing managers, employees, and customers.
•Demonstrated ability to serve in the role of a readability subject matter expert with presentation experience.
•Demonstrated success working with teams.
•Microsoft suite including SharePoint.
Desired Skills:
•Ability to leverage technical and managerial relationships to assist with the identification of opportunities that align with the Mission Solutions capabilities to include Cyber, Information Technology Systems, Communications, Artificial Intelligence, and Space Ground Systems.
•2 or more years of capture/proposal experience.
•Demonstrated ability to lead proposal volume teams/authors in developing and delivering superior proposal products with constrained schedules and resources.
•Subject Matter Expertise (SME) outside of direct proposal management role, but relevant to LM programs (e.g. Project Management, Program Management, Planner experience).
•Understand and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) compliance
•Presentation skills.
•Microsoft suite including SharePoint
