Job Responsibilities
Description:Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
The Data Security Specialist provides Physical Security design support for construction projects to comply with US Government National Security facilities and Lockheed Martin proprietary facilities. Design services include ensuring compliance with applicable LM policies and US Government secure facility design requirements in CFR 117, ICD 705, and applicable UFC guides. Requires proficiency in physical security systems applications for video surveillance, security alarms, access control systems, interactions with fire alarm and building automation systems, and in construction project elements including reading blueprints and design documents, preparation of design documents, and understanding the facility construction process including management and subcontractor roles. Provides definitive security system requirements for proprietary areas, and system level requirements for classified program areas in conjunction with the Physical Security and Accreditation Branch for their application. Assists in the development and enforcement of LM Space enterprise standards for these systems.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Provide daily Operational Support for all site systems users, including user account management, access permissions, and systems reports. Provide support to management investigations including compiling all needed data from security systems to support the investigation.
• Responsible for compliance and reliable functioning of all systems that support security operations throughout assigned facilities. System administrator for Lenel Access Control, DMP Intrusion Alarm system, Bold Manitou Alarm Monitoring system, Site Video Surveillance system from ExacqVision.
• Works with Plant Protection management and SOC operators to ensure that SOC operations and systems comply with UL2050 requirements.
• Oversee all UL compliance tests for security systems to ensure total systems support, compliance, and reliability.
• Assist in management and support of all site system modernization projects.
• Obtain system proficiency certifications. Certifications would include Lenel OnGuard™, DMP Administration, Bold Manitou™ Administration, ExacqVision™ administration, and others as appropriate.
• Support and assist in the development of internal LM security support systems and procedures. These include but are not limited to Assured Identity, Visit LM, Access Space, and various badging systems.
• Assist management in the identification and testing of additional security system devices such as drones, robotics, biometrics, and other emerging technology systems.
• Assist in IT network support coordination for security systems.
• Coordinate needed service and upgrades with Facilities, IT, Finance, and Procurement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
- Experience with security access control system administration.
- Experience with security alarm system administration.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems.
- Must be able to travel between facilities to support business needs.
Desired Skills:
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security, or a related field, or equivalent certification/experience.
- Experience working with DMP alarm system and Lenel Onguard access control\\alarm system.
- Experience working with a central station alarm monitoring system or physical security information system (PSIM) such as Bold manitou PSIM
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Visio, PDF File Management and CAD Files.
- Understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering technical security provisions of the ICD, NISPOM, DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals and UL related specifications.
- Ability to analyze security vulnerability reports and develop/implement a plan to mitigate critical vulnerabilities.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
