Purchase Requests creation to delivery on the dock to invoice payment. PR's to be generated within 48 hours where possible or sooner if required by program. Engage buyers when appropriate to alert program needs, provide NAJ and other information required to meet program schedules and avoid delays in my control. Status suppliers for delivery information after PO has been submitted. Monitor P2P open/close report for timely invoice payment and completion of NOCS. Create Sales Orders in conjunction with delivery dates to customers for the program. Use PCard where applicable in accordance with policy SOE-0114. Negotiate where applicable best pricing strategies. Request multiple quotes from various suppliers where applicable.
Basic Qualifications:
Supply Chain / Logistics experience with excellent verbal and communication skills.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills required.
Candidate should be able to work independently with some direct supervision at times.

Ability to work in a team environment to manage the material / supply chain requirements and ensure program and business success with the ability to multi-task.

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a Polygraph.

Functional knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word and Excel.
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of one or more of the following: supply chain procedures, logistics, contract/subcontract administration, cost and pricing, acquisition, supply chain engineering and procurement.

Increased proficiency in applying knowledge to assist in material planning, logistics and portions of the supply chain efforts.

Responsible for the review and working Bill of Materials (BOMs) and working other material requirements as necessary.

Ability to become expert in the use of the various systems in support of procurement of various services and goods. Exhibits strong problem solving skills in the application of material, planning and supply chain management.
