Cyber is ingrained all aspects of the modern battlespace, and our Cyber Solutions team has the expertise to help defend and exploit enterprise IT networks, radiofrequency spectrums, and military platforms on land, sea and air.
Supporting the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Cyber Training Academy. DC3 CTA provides cyber training to DoD personnel supporting areas of digital forensics and cyber analytics. This position is responsible for the security of all equipment, systems, networks, etc. Ensure systems adhere to NIST 800-53 DoD Risk Management Framework standards. Lead organization to obtain Authorization to Operate (ATO).
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated Risk Management Framework (RMF) experience
• Experience with IA/Cybersecurity policy implementation
• Experience handling Federal C&A activities to include experience with eMASS (submission, validation and updates as needed)
• Experience performing computer systems security risk analysis and assessment.
• Experience implementing and validating Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) and Security Requirements Guidance (SRG) for applications, familiarity with DOD network architecture and network engineering practices, hardening Windows/LINUX operating system
• DoD SCCVI, HBSS, ACAS and CMRS experience
• Must be eligible for Public Trust clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Department of Defense Test & Evaluation (T&E) practices for Cybersecurity to include validation of Security Control Requirements, STIG/SRG/Customer Centric requirements and document findings in a formalized reporting format.
• Experience analyzing and defining security requirements.
• FISMA experience
• Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills
• A team player capable of high performance, flexibility in a dynamic working environment and the ability to lead
• Skill and ability to train others on technical and procedural topics
• Ability to present complicated technical issues with clear easy-to-follow solutions and path forward
