Provide technical support and technical leadership for a suite of customer systems that are deployed globally. Provides technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of all components of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
The Level 2 ISSE shall be able to perform the indicated Level 0 & 1 tasks plus the following indicated tasks:
- Performs system or network designs that encompass multiple enclaves, to include those with differing data protection/classification requirements
- Provides security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management
- Recommends system-level solutions to resolve security requirements
- Supports the Government in the enforcement of the design and implementation of trusted relationships among external systems and architectures

Fourteen (14) years experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional ISSE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2 is required.
Desired Skills:
Requirements: Three (3) Years Experience in the following areas:

Information Assurance: NISCAP, DIACAP NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)

SIGINT: Understanding of RF: HF, VHF, UHF, VLF, SHF SIGINT systems

Other : Scripting language; Linux/RedHat
