As a Chief Engineer Principal you'll serve as the Chief Technical authority on the GG program:

• Maintains current knowledge of program technologies
• Drives technical efficiencies across all TTOs
• Engages technically with Government TDs and TO teams
• Chairs the ROMB; Manages Risk & Opportunity across the program
• Chairs the Innovation & Modernization Working Group (I&MWG)
• Develops responses to new TTOs at Government request

Basic Qualifications:
• Twenty (20) years experience as a System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
•Experience in SIGINT & Collection Systems.
•Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional System Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in the design, development, and deployment of RF collection systems.

• Five (5) years demonstrated experience in RF collection systems. A solid understanding of RF and Signals Intelligence Operational needs and how to satisfy those needs through product delivery is preferred.

• Experience with international customers and 3rd party partners.

• Experience with Satellite Communications technologies.

- Experience in the exploration of new technologies and drive the expansion of capabilities in the effort to define, advance, and automate Signals Intelligence and Collection activities.

- Experience in providing a systematic and multi-disciplined approach to define, capture, organize, distribute, use, manage, and leverage data in order to increase an organization’s ability to learn, understand the value of vital knowledge, enhance overall intellectual aptitude, increase performance and competitiveness, and make more informed decisions to achieve organizational objectives.

- Experience mapping milestone objectives and roadmap initiatives to agile development activities

- Five (5) years demonstrated experience leading large technology efforts (25 or more developers) with multiple task orders and contractor teams.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
