Technical Training Associate Manager, F-16 Program

Description:Training manager for Iraq F-16 program:

Primarily responsible for development and execution of budgets, courses, training materials and staffing for a ground up training detachment at Balad Air Base, Iraq. Candidate will also be responsible for establishing training requirements, programs, schedules, records, etc for training Iraq Air Force F-16 maintenance technicians and assigned Lockheed Martin technicians as applicable.

Candidate must be willing and able to assist with work area set-up activities to include light construction work in the duty areas. Balad is in a region with harsh environmental conditions; candidates must be in very good physical condition to be successfully there.

Must be a US. Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 10 years fighter aircraft maintenance experience

• At least 2 years prior US Air Force field training experience

• Microsoft Office software products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

• Must be an experienced user of multi-media equipment

• 2 years classroom instruction experience.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors Degree

• Experience working with foreign nationals and customers

• leadership experience

• Verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.

• Must have positive attitude and cultural understanding to effectively accomplish training program goals.
