Job Responsibilities
Description:Control Account Manager (CAM)
• Responsible for planning and managing Control Account Technical, Cost, and Schedule Performance for assigned THAAD Program Management Office (PMO) Post-Production control accounts.
• Working with Work Package Managers to make updates to Control Account Technical, Cost, and Schedule.
• Identify staffing headcount requirements and work with Program Management to ensure appropriate staff levels to meet contract commitments.
• Review and approve documents and commitments involving the Control Accounts
• Accountable for Control Account Performance
• Initiate requests to Finance to open and close charge numbers
• Support firm planning effort on newly awarded contracts. Develop budget baseline within Work Authorization Document (WAD) and Program Management Program Directives.
• Work with Finance on Schedule, Budget, Change Requests (SBCR)
• Analyze hours, dollars, material, and Other Direct Charges (ODC)
• Review weekly labor charges to ensure appropriate charging by individuals. Maintain authority over all charges made against each assigned charge number.
• Review and analyze control account monthly Estimate At Complete (EAC), taking into account the impact of cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Assess impacts and potential corrective actions and determine if ETC change is required
• Work with Finance to prepare Variance Analysis Report (VAR) when the control account variance exceeds predetermined thresholds
• Work with Finance to provide input to annual Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC) efforts
• Support evaluation of identified risks and opportunities with likelihood of occurrence and potential impact
• Support internal audits and Initial Baseline Reviews (IBRs) with the customer
Proposal Tasks
• Coordination of PMO proposal activities from RFP to Contract Award
Program Operations
• Completing and tracking data requirements associated with Program Operation processes such as Program Directives, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisition Request.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be Control Account Manager (CAM) certified or be able to pass certification test within 90 days
• Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) / Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
• Demonstrated excellence at written and oral communication and ability to work across multiple business areas and locations
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers (internal and external)
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Tableau
• Proven resource management – people, material, and time
• Project management skillsets, including but not limited to: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and financial acumen
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
