Sustainment Engineer Associate - Dallas, Texas

Description:The Sustainment Engineer is responsible for ensuring supply chain and sustainment solutions that support the lifecycle of our Products by partnering with our customers to provide effective and affordable solutions. The successful Sustainment Engineer is required to be highly proactive and be able to handle significant responsibility. The primary job responsibility will be that of logistics technical support, database support, spares deliveries, item management, warehousing, in-plant repairs, and retrofits per contract requirements. Candidate will interface with multiple disciplines on a daily basis and should have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn. Candidate will spend majority of time working in a team environment.

There may be some travel required for this position.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain security clearance.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an Engineering or related discipline.

Experienced with Microsoft Office (POWERPOINT, ACCESS, WORD, EXCEL).
Desired Skills:
Minimum 3.0 GPA Requirement.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.

Additionally, excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups.

Related work experience (co-op, internship or part/full-time employment)

Familiar with Military specifications/standards.

Military experience.
