Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is one of four Lockheed Martin business areas. MFC is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies.

We are experiencing some substantial growth at our campus in Grand Prairie, Texas and looking to add qualified Program Planners to the team. In this exciting role you will be a trusted partner, supporting the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
-Develop Integrated Master Schedules for new or existing development programs from Program Summary Master Schedules.
-Maintain schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path issues and network logic conflicts.
-Support and participate in negotiations with customer.
-May work proposal preparation and assess the progress against established plans and parameters.
-Formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements.
-Maintain cost and schedule integration.

The Locale: Grand Prairie is part of the “Mid-Cities” region in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex which is in the North Central region of Texas. Grand Prairie is a suburb of both Dallas and Fort Worth. The region offers a great cost of living combined with a robust economy and a pleasant climate. This North Central region of Texas is a great place to live and to raise a family. The region is home to numerous colleges and universities to include University of Texas at Dallas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of North Texas, Southern Methodist University, and Texas Woman's University. The Mid-Cities is the suburban region filling the thirty-mile span between Dallas and Fort Worth. These communities include the cities of Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, HEB (Hurst, Euless and Bedford), NRH (North Richland Hills and Richland Hills), Haltom City, Watauga, and Keller, along with multiple other smaller towns such as Trophy Club and Roanoke and together represent more people than either Dallas or Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education
-Must be able to obtain a clearance
-Experience with Critical Path Scheduling methodology
-Planning/scheduling tool experience with MS Project
-Earned Value Management experience, specifically Cost / Schedule Integration
-Microsoft Office Suite experience - specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:

-Ten (10) or more years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR eight (8) or more years with a Master's degree
-Proposal development experience
-Earned Value certification
-Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA
-WBS Development experience
-Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance experience
-Experience with the Schedule Risk Assessment process through Monte Carlo simulations and analysis
-Agile framework and Product Owner knowledge including:
--Defining Stories, prioritizing backlog, maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components
--Helping to build consensus by facilitating the definition for the mission/vision of the team, overseeing development stages, and evaluating the final product
