Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is one of four Lockheed Martin business areas. MFC is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies.

This position is for a program finance team lead for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program.

-Must be experienced in day-to-day program finance responsibilities in order to lead a team of program finance analysts in daily activities to include: managing program business and financial performance from proposal and negotiations through contract execution and closeout; Earned Value management and reporting; Long Range Plan and financial forecasting (Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash).
-Will lead a team of program finance analysts in all daily activities.
-Will assist analysts in the preparation of quarterly CSR charts. Assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking program expenditures, highlighting issues/concerns/trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met.
- Will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure alignment with company and program processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree
-Program Finance experience
-Working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM).
Desired Skills:

-Ten (10) or more years of related experience or eight (8) or more years with a Master's degree.
-Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
-Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver.
-Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Excellent organization skills.
-Working knowledge of EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR).
-Program finance experience to include monthly and quarterly program financial status preparation and analysis and Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash forecasting.
-Experience and ability to interface with senior management.
