Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to support Lower Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense Subcontract Management (LTIAMD), primarily focused on production efforts. Responsible for the management of supplier cost, scheduling and technical performance on moderate-to-high risk contracts, performance specification and production subcontracts for commercial, DoD and international programs. This position supports a dynamic, fast-paced DoD program with FPIF, CPIF, CPFF, and T&M contract types. Priorities tend to be very fluid, requiring resilience and flexibility.

The emphasis is not tactical subcontract placement but strategic subcontract execution that supports the program needs for high quality and on-time delivery.
This position is highly visible within the LTIAMD Program, with interaction at senior and executive leadership levels, both internally and at the DoD Customer. This position will join a team of four other Supply Chain professionals who work together with the same supplier in a co-located office that promotes the ideal of the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.
