Sr. Finance Analyst

Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Multi-Functional Financial Analyst for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to develop and review baseline budgets for the Material/Subcontracts department. Duties include:

Compiles and reviews budgets using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration.

Performs multiple financial cost analysis functions, including cost allocation setting up cost control systems, collecting data controlling costs and preparing reports that maintain the company’s accounting system.

Prepare monthly/quarterly Estimated to Complete/Estimate at Completion updates.

Target Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) requisitions prior to release to buying community.

Participate in sales forecast and monthly analysis of actual costs.

Support Global Supply Chain in all financial aspects.

Takes the lead in special projects.

Assist Material CAM's and PM's in attending weekly and monthly management meetings.

Perform detailed analysis of parts movement and financial when required.

Support Materials Subcontract Administrators to insure accurate cost allocation and analysis on major system PO's.

Train CAM's in the Earned Value Management and Financial Performance System.

Review Bill of Material pricing.
Desired Skills: SAP experience

Experience in Electronic Financial System (EFS) cost tool

Experience in developing sales, profit, and cash forecast

Experience with Long Range Plan (LRP) development

Experience in developing Government cost reports

Strong EVMS experience

Contract closeout experience
Basic Qualifications: Must have ability to obtain a clearance

Earned Value Management experience

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent organization skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
