You will be the Logistics Support Specialist for the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering (LSE) Organization. Our team is responsible for providing logistics support for the PAC-3 Launcher Recapitalization and Repair & Return programs, ensuring timely completion of all parts and meeting customer commitments.



What You Will Be Doing
As the Logistics Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing logistics support for sustainment efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing strong relationships with customers to provide Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) for repair, return, and overhaul activities.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing logistics support for PAC-3 program activities, including coordinating supply-related services, material/hardware movements, and international/domestic shipments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Interfacing with program points of contact to provide timely status updates and coordinating with multiple functional groups
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to provide CLS for repair, return, and overhaul activities
• Ensuring accountability and traceability of all repairs, inductions, shipments, and latest status

This position is in Grand Prairie, TX.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize, lead, and manage tasks to completion
- Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Ability to pull and interpret data, derive trends, and develop reports
- Formal presentation skills; ability to produce presentation materials appropriate to the audience
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool experience (SAP and Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO))
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- High degree of Information Technology skills to develop minor software routines for data compilation, trends analysis, and reports generation
- Experience interacting with senior leadership and customers
- Prior logistics, sustainment, and/or depot operations experience
- Awareness and/or experience with International Trade Compliance (ITC) and export control
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
