Description:Lockheed Martin is in the midst of a sweeping, company-wide, multi-year investment to transform the business and the way that we design, build, and sustain our products. This will be accomplished by developing and implementing 1LMX transformation. Re-engineering our business processes, evolving our culture and advancing our skills, and modernizing our systems and tools to maintain Lockheed Martin Corporation as the Aerospace and Defense leader by leveraging emerging, digitally-enabled capabilities to lower cost, speed up development time, and create disruptive solutions to best serve our customers and stakeholders. We’re bringing the 4th Industrial Revolution to every role in the company. Our program is assembling a team of change agents to tackle the hardest challenges, ensuring that 1LMX results in an engineered system of systems, second to none. 1LMX is seeking highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic individuals to join and significantly contribute to the transformations that will reshape Finance & Business Operations’ (F&BO) own data, processes, and deliverables.

The F&BO Functional Transformation Team is built of change agents tackling the unique organizational challenges that come along the 1LMX journey. The ideal candidate for this role will possess advanced technical skills with modern systems and tools to better enable digital threading, process re-engineering and automated solutions to be developed and implemented. The ideal candidate with be an enthusiastic champion of change making significant contributions towards tackling the biggest challenges within F&BO that come with transformation. This role will serve as a technical expert with data and transformation tools such as TIBCO, Alteryx, BluePrism, and more on the F&BO functional transformation team and will interact and collaborate with all areas across F&BO in support of 1LMX and other transformation initiatives. The candidate will support agile transformation specific projects connecting with individuals working at the edge and enabling solutions, accelerate the proliferation of digital skills and advance tools use cases, and help to bring the role of transformation to every position across the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines in a
fluid operating environment. Strong

Experience with Microsoft tools, primarily Excel
and Power Point
Desired Skills:
Advanced experience with Microsoft tools,

Knowledge and prior experience working in
F&BO Acclimating quickly to new environments
Agile Methodology/DevOps Experience
