Description:

You will be the Items Analyst for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) – PAC 3 Sustainment team. Our team safeguards the availability of mission critical PAC 3 spares throughout the system life cycle, drives material management forecasts, and ensures the right parts are where they’re needed, when they’re needed.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Items Analyst you will be responsible for providing end to end oversight of inventory and spare part activities that enable the PAC 3 Sustainment program to meet its mission requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing demand consumption, current inventory, and positioning versus sustainment workload forecasts.
• Conducting stock level usage analyses and triggering immediate corrective actions for out of stock situations.
• Calculating target stock levels for repair parts, managing minimum stock recommendations, and coordinating replenishment with program/PP&C.
• Generating health metric dashboards and collaborating with the program team to produce material requirement reports.
• Supplying inputs for inventory system enhancements and performing ongoing data integrity checks across all sites.
• Assisting with annual off site inventories, preparing records, reporting discrepancies, and driving root cause investigations.
• Compiling status reports and metrics for material availability, automating processes where possible, and ensuring proper documentation for contract deliverables.
• Partnering with depot sites and suppliers on inventory management strategies, reviewing supplier deliverables, and leading recurring coordination meetings.
• Responding to program management and customer inquiries, presenting recommendations, and communicating on hand material status.
• Supporting occasional travel to depot locations, supplier sites, and customer facilities as needed.
