Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an Items Analyst for its Supply Support Operations in Grand Prairie, TX responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. This position will provide the PAC-3 program with Logistics Support for both Production and Sustainment efforts.

Duties include:

Coordinate supply related services for material / hardware movements in support of program activities based on the program schedule.

Coordinate shipments in and out of the facility.

Support movement of hardware in and out labs.

Track calibrated tooling to ensure date compliance.

Maintaining accountability, inventory control, and reporting requirements for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) / parts stored at various Supply Support Activity locations.

Tracking and expediting material shipments needed for maintaining proper inventory levels, stock control and total customer support.

Ensuring the accurate execution and continuous maintenance of supplies and repairs.

Providing hardware to the field to include filling requisitions, shipping, receiving, and tracking.

Ensuring accurate counts, proper shelf life, labeling, and proper packaging.

Support inventory audit with the customer as required.

Candidate will spend majority of time working in a team environment.

Support proposal development, project management, and coordinate activities.

Individual will interface with contract administrators, production control and material management to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and that promised delivery dates meet customer commitments.

Prepare DD250’s utilizing the Electronic Shipping System, ensure accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution and retention of all reports and records.

There may be some travel.

The Locale: Grand Prairie is part of the “Mid-Cities” region in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex which is in the North Central region of Texas. Grand Prairie is a suburb of both Dallas and Fort Worth. The region offers a great cost of living combined with a robust economy and a pleasant climate. This North Central region of Texas is a great place to live and to raise a family. The region is home to numerous colleges and universities to include University of Texas at Dallas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of North Texas, Southern Methodist University, Southern Methodist University, and Texas Woman's University. The Mid-Cities is the suburban region filling the thirty-mile span between Dallas and Fort Worth. These communities include the cities of Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, HEB (Hurst, Euless and Bedford), NRH (North Richland Hills and Richland Hills), Haltom City, Watauga, and Keller, along with multiple other smaller towns such as Trophy Club and Roanoke and together represent more people than either Dallas or Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance

Must be able to obtain fork lift certification

Valid U.S. driver’s license

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Problem solving skills

Capable of lifting 35 pounds

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships are a must

Additionally, candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to perform oral presentations.

Must be able to work well with other team members, handle multiple tasks and provide logistical support for a multitude of different contracts.
Desired Skills:
Active Secret Clearance

Technical degree

Supply support / stock control background

Asset Management System / Supply Chain Management knowledge

Familiarity with DoD regulations and DoD Supply

Military experience

Prior experience with DoD Contractor or Government agency

Awareness and/or experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
