Job Responsibilities
Description:As a leader in the aerospace and defense industry, we are seeking a highly skilled software engineering professional to support our MFC Engineering & Technology (E&T) customers. If you have a passion for designing, developing, and testing software solutions that meet critical mission requirements, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
Design, develop, document, test, and debug software that contains logical and mathematical solutions, considering project constraints, scope, cost, risk, and schedule
Utilize standardized programming development using existing industry-proven coding standards for business applications, in compliance with corporate security and backup and recovery requirements
Develop technical solutions to complex problems, requiring the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
Participate in team software design and assurance reviews, and perform software development efforts using experienced level of software engineering standards, agile change control processes, programming, design methods, software architecture, and teaming skills
Interact with personnel on technical matters, often requiring coordination, collaboration, and decisive actions to assure project success with minimum risk

You are a highly motivated and experienced software engineering professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You have a proven track record of designing, developing, and testing software solutions that meet critical mission requirements. You are a team player with excellent collaboration and coordination skills, and you are able to articulate technical requirements to non-technical customers. You have a strong understanding of software engineering standards, agile change control processes, programming, design methods, software architecture, and teaming skills. Basic Qualifications:
U.S citizenship with the Ability to obtain Secret clearance
Moderate experience working with Microsoft
.NET full-stack software development teams
Working knowledge of Web apps development
using C#, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
and/or other structured RDBMS technologies
Working knowledge of SSIS, RESTful API, or
equivalent data exchange service protocols
Excellent written and verbal communications
with team, colleagues, management, and
customers
Desired Skills:
Active Secret Clearance within 5-years of last
investigation
Working knowledge of integrating third-party
APIs/SDKs
Experience working on teams that build/maintain
medium to large-scale software development
projects
Working knowledge of GitLab or other Git-based
software version control systems
Experience working w/military, government, &
supplier oriented projects or Programs
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
