Description:Creates Long Range Plan for Program

Leads preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis

Leads preparation of program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled

Assists in the performance of schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks

Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government

Incorporates contractual changes into control systems

Maintains awareness of outstanding work against each contract to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines

Performs other related duties and assignments as required

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

Earned Value Management experience

Finance experience
Desired Skills:
Ability to multi-task and take on challenging assignments

Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver

Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent organization skills

Working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A

Program finance experience to include quarterly financial program status preparation and analysis and Orders, Sales EBIT and Cash estimating

Experience and ability to interface with senior management
