This position will be a Hardware Lead for the definition, development, integration and export of a static hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) lab.

In this position, you will :
- Select and procure COTS hardware
- Debug hardware, interfaces, and timing
- Work with a small multi-disciplinary team to achieve HWIL operational capability.

We are looking for candidates that have experience with integration of hardware in a real-time environment.

Desired experience includes:
- Missile HWIL testing
- Electro-optic systems
- C++ simulation
- GPS emulators
- RF communication hardware
- Lab management

Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

- Must have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.

- Prior experience in electrical engineering with particular experience in one of the following areas: digital, analog, RF circuit design or component engineering.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering in the areas of digital, analog, RF circuit designs and EEE components to include electronic system and subsystem design, integration and test.
- Skills to utilize various test equipment (i.e. as Digital Multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, network analyzer and spectrum analyzer) to troubleshoot hardware failures in support of production manufacturing and in process testing.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
