Job responsibilities including leading and overseeing the technical effort of a 27 month transition to production effort for an enhanced group system electronics. The candidate must have a good knowledge of electrical engineering in the areas of digital, analog, RF circuit designs and EEE components to include electronic system and subsystem design, integration and test. Candidate must possess skills to utilize various test equipment (i.e. as Digital Multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, network analyzer and spectrum analyzer) to troubleshoot hardware failures in support testing.

The candidate must have a demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. Experience harness design, board integration, I/O, signal integrity, and checkout in support of electrical system integration. Familiarity with electronic packaging to assist packaging engineer with the optimum electronic packaging solution. Experience with telemetry system HW and communication protocols. Familiarity with electrical and mechanical design tools is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
- Candidate must have an ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Prior experience in electrical engineering with particular experience in one of the following areas: digital, analog, RF circuit design or component engineering.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering in the areas of digital, analog, RF circuit designs and EEE components to include electronic system and subsystem design, integration and test.
- Skills to utilize various test equipment (i.e. as Digital Multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, network analyzer and spectrum analyzer) to troubleshoot hardware failures in support of production manufacturing and in process testing.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with telemetry system HW and communication protocols
- Familiarity with electronic packaging to assist packaging engineer with the optimum electronic packaging solution
- Experience with qualification / FQT
- Prior IPT leadership experience
- Experience with design, testing and production of military circuit card assemblies
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) testing
