Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Deputy IPT Lead in Hypersonics for a position in Grand Prairie, TX. The preferred candidate will have a solid engineering background, preferably in Electrical Engineering, and be able to manage multiple subsystem suppliers to ensure design progression and acceptable DVT/Qualification regimes to ensure on-time and successful flight tests. Additionally, must manage and coordinate the efforts of LM staff to ensure proper integration and support of major subsystems.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have an ability to obtain active Secret security clearance
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience leading an engineering team through product development
- Good communication skills, and be able to work with internal and external customers.
Desired Skills:
- Skills related to supporting program metrics, attending program meetings as the IPT representative in support of risk, schedule, CCB, etc.
- Skills related to support program level meetings with the customer, and help develop IPT presentations for major program reviews with the customer.
- Previous experience related to military / aerospace design techniques

- Masters degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
