We are experiencing growth and we are looking for a Database Administrator in Grand Prairie, TX.
You will be the Database Administrator & Application Developer for the dPLM Program Team. Our team drives the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of mission critical databases that support Lockheed Martin’s product life cycle management initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Database Administrator & Application Developer you will be responsible for building, tuning, and safeguarding our Oracle and SAP HANA environments while delivering high impact SQL and reporting solutions. You’ll partner with engineers, program managers, and customers to ensure data is reliable, secure, and readily available across development, test, staging, and production systems.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and SQL code for large relational systems.
• Develop, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports and user interface elements to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Perform database loading, health monitoring, and proactive/reactive issue resolution.
• Plan and execute upgrades, backups, recovery strategies, and environment transitions (dev → test → stage → prod).
• Create and manage user accounts, assign appropriate access, and enforce security and integrity controls.
• Lead program wide working groups, facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) reviews, and prioritize change requests.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, ad hoc queries, and data mining activities to support decision making.
• Document policies, procedures, and standards for database management and transaction monitoring.

This position is in Grand Prairie, TX.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be a US citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Windchill PDMLink experience or similar PLM application experience
• Configuration Management Experience
• Knowledge of Windchill Query Builder or Structure Query Language (SQL)
• Web page development using authoring tools
• Ability to interact with end users of all disciplines and provide accurate customer service and training
• Ability to recognize and research Windchill capabilities and invent processes to improve current inefficient processes
• Ability to Collaborate with end users and leadership on company process updates and interaction with a PLM system
• Excellent verbal and written communication stills.
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of Windchill Templates
• Knowledge of Windchill Projects
• Knowledge of Windchill Packaging - TDP and GSC packages
• Windchill MPMLink
• CAD Model integration - ECAD (Mentor and Cadence) and MCAD (Creo) specifically
• Web Based Hosting in WordPress - and multiple plug ins, especially for training
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
