Description:Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations is looking for a motivated professional to support the business area's execution of its Agile Transformation (AX) and DevOps strategies. As a member of the Information Technology (IT) team aligned to our Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area, this role will be responsible for Tooling & Metrics that enable the business to achieve these strategic objectives.

Specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Installing, configuring, operating and maintaining Agile and DevOps tools such as the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, etc) and Gitlab, respectively in isolated networks
- Creating and organizing new projects on the JIRA platform, as well as configuring the layout, design, workflow, reporting and dashboard needs for the functional organizations and programs within the business area
- Providing User and License Management and granting user permissions to Agile and DevOps tools
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical and user facing documentation
- Developing appropriate Agile metrics to measure Delivery, Product and Portfolio teams across the business area using modern scripting, application and cloud technologies
- Obtain and maintain DOD Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 3+ years of IT experience, including system administrator experience
- 3+ years of administration experience in Atlassian products; JIRA, Confluence or a combination of both
- Experience in performing Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be local to / able to relocate to the DFW metroplex
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain Security certification (ex. CISSP, Security+)
- US Citizenship; ability and willingness to obtain Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Python, Kubernetes and AWS
- Integration experience on Jira and Confluence with plugins and development
- Experience with git and performing GitLab installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Experience managing workflows, schemes, etc. in Jira
- Strong troubleshooting skills on tooling and server-side issues
- Familiarity with Windows & Unix/Linux administration
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian plug-ins (BigPicture, Structure, etc)
- Experience customizing and configuring Jira
- Keen understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
