MFC is seeking an Associate Program Manager (PM) to serve as the PAC-3 Canister product manager and lead the Canister Integrated Subassembly Partnership Team (ISPT) in Grand Prairie, TX. The PAC-3 Canister Product Manager will support the Missile Production Sr. Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Missile IPT lead with responsibility for: cost, schedule and technical performance of their specific portion of the PAC-3 production contracts. The position will include regular external customer and LM senior management interface, management of production transition, risk management, coordination of failure investigation and resolution, and integration and coordination with all functional areas. Some travel is required for the position. The selected candidate must demonstrate superior program and project management skills, cross functional team leadership, and ability to work under pressure in support of production schedules.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have active Secret clearance
- Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with military customer
- Bachelors degree in a technical area (STEM)
- Demonstrated full spectrum leader – ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships and be accountable with high integrity and ethics
- Ability to travel
Desired Skills:
- Experience managing large production program
- Knowledge of PAC-3 system, processes, and personnel
- Existing business relationships with LTPO Production Personnel
- Experience leading cross-functional team
- Program / project management experience
- Proposal experience
