Description:
Position is for an Associate Financial Manager, responsible for managing contract cost and financial management of the Tactical Missiles Precision Fires Launcher & Combat Maneuver Systems (CMS) programs within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. Leader will be expected to understand the long-term impact of the programs under their responsibility. In addition, the qualified candidate will be a leader responsible for supporting the team and working the management aspects of the job, training and mentoring of subordinate personnel.

Responsibilities also include leading a group of direct report employees who manage the monthly Business rhythm, provide variance reports, submit Financial CDRLS, prepare quarterly financial review charts, analyze EAC and manpower distributions, and prepare annual Long Range Plan data. The qualified candidate will also work closely with the Program Management and Business Operations teams to provide sound business advice.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Demonstrated aerospace and/or defense (DOD) industry experience

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with Microsoft Office PowerPoint / Excel
