Description:
You will be the U-2 Supply Data Analyst Senior - Level 3 for the Aeronautics Supply Analytics team which is responsible for delivering high‑velocity supply support to global aviation operations.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will collaborate across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics to provide high velocity supply to militaries across the world. Your knowledge of supply and logistics principles will help optimize aircraft maintenance planning and execution, leading to improved mission readiness and fleet availability. The successful candidate will have experience in and/or knowledge of collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional fleet support resolving supply and logistics support challenges. In this role, you will implement innovative technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement to supply performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide data analytics and metrics to help gauge and improve performance of the logistics supply chain, which includes creation and management of Tableau dashboards.
• Produce EDW reports and Access databases to provide further information for processing of logistics movements.
• Transact in SAP for the processing spare and repair of global sustainment parts.
• Learn new processes and pass the knowledge on to other team members in the form of help guides and training.
• Monitor parts and systems to keep the supply chain moving.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college including: Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or Business; OR combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel utilizing pivot tables and other Excel-related applications.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
• Proficiency with SAP (superuser level skillset), Business Objects, or other MRP type software and with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc., including applied knowledge of MS Excel and data analytical skill and proven and demonstrated functionality.
• Digital transformation and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically in a high tempo customer-centered environment.
• Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management.
• Experience with achieving project success within schedule and budget requirements.
• Experience with inventory management, finance, contracting, procurement, and product support.
• Experience working with military or industrial customers such as inside/outside sales, distribution, scheduling, routing, and customer support sales or engineering systems or other engineering type work that involves the ability to read technical drawings, contracts, and requirements.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
