Description:This position is with the Ground Systems Mission Planning Environment (MPE) Hardware/Software Integration (HSI) team in Fort Worth, TX. The MPE HSI team is responsible for providing MPE hardware and software integration support, familiarization training, user documentation creation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support to US and international locations. The Cyber Security Lead is responsible for providing MPE internal Continuous Monitoring Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance testing, risk analysis and assessments, and provide fix actions or mitigation rationale for open findings. This position will support IAVM patch releases, firmware updates, vulnerability identification, Security Center (Nessus)/ACAS system-level scans, system regression testing, security assessment test events, and provide lab environment cyber security.

Specific job responsibilities include:
- Team Lead for all quarterly/annual Cyber Security events
- Support all Assessment & Authorization (A&A) documentation in support of MPE Authority to Operate (ATO)
- Coordinate security relevant efforts for the team such as security scan events, maintenance of ACAS deliverables, etc
- Responsible for the coordination of MPE STIG checklists with Cyber Resiliency Engineering (CRE) team
- Support Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance testing performed by CRE
- Provide system analysis for fix actions or mitigation rational for open STIG findings
- Support quarterly updates to the MPE Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M)
- Review the system configuration to determine if the list of authorized software programs should be updated
- Assess security alerts, advisories, and directives weekly to determine if updates are required

Candidate must be eligible to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearances and must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance

B.S. degree from an accredited college in a technical discipline such as Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Security, or Information Technology, or equivalent applied experience/combined education

DoDD 8140.01 / DoD 8570.01 –M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, SSCP, CCNA Security, or GSEC

Experience implementing and maintaining compliance to IA policy and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) requirements

Experience with IT system/software troubleshooting

Proficient with Windows and Linux operating system configuration and troubleshooting

Experience maintaining configuration control for an IT system

System and/or Test Experience
Desired Skills:
Proven communication skills, presentation skills, team building and ability to work effectively within a team environment

Customer engagement experience

Demonstrated network / system administration experience

Experience with configuring, utilizing, and troubleshooting Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Nessus, and Tenable.SC software

Extensive experience developing and maintaining core security documentation artifacts for A&A Packages

Extensive knowledge of DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Security Requirements Guides (SRGs)

Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Proficient technical writing skills

F-35 MPE or ALIS System Administration experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
