This Sustainment F-22 Planning and Integration Project Integrator - Level 3 position is on the Sustainment F-22 Planning and Integration team located in Fort Worth, TX. In this highly critical position the candidate will serve as part of the F-22 Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability Program (RAMP) core integration team responsible for managing program performance of all F-22 RAMP retrofit projects. This position involves preparing reports and briefings, interacting with senior program managers, interacting with senior USAF program managers and weapons system managers at Headquarters Air Combat Command, and a large contingent of contractor RAMP personnel. The Candidate is expected to analyze program performance metrics, identify trends, issues, and risks, develop and advocate corrective action recommendations, and follow through with corrective actions to ensure RAMP program success. Successful candidate must be highly motivated with a demonstrated record of achieving positive results in a team environment. This candidate will interact with, mentor, and support a diverse and highly capable technical team of mod retrofit engineers and therefore must be able to cultivate relationships and maintain a highly productive team atmosphere.

The candidate will also be required to perform as a project manager and cost account manager to manage progress of modification development through execution, assisting in problem solving with other teams, leadership and our customers, as necessary. The candidate will be participating in and assisting other team members in the development of retrofit kits and installation instructions (Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs)) for F-22 aircraft. The candidate will analyze Engineering retrofit design and Air Force technical order data in conjunction with other Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company (LM Aero) computer systems to translate drawings into specification compliant Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and modification kits. Lead the development of or develop modification task analysis on retrofit proposals, develop initial retrofit plans to identify required TCTOs, kits, level of accomplishment, modification man-hours, out of service time, modification location, modification installation tooling, consumable material requirements, operational checkout requirements, create turnaround asset management plans, when required, and develop plans for rate installation of the mods. Organize or perform preparation activities for initial aircraft development installations, provide technical support to the customer for the accomplishment of their first article installation and in some cases, initial support for rate installations of the modification. Responsible to define, schedule, status, track and manage assigned F-22 TCTO implementation plans. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be competent in the suite of Microsoft Office applications to include Access and Project to coordinate with all organizations (Sustainment, Manufacturing, Engineering, Material, Business Management, etc.) involved in the life cycle of modification and retrofit development and execution. The candidate will be required to travel in support of job responsibilities. Deployed assignment durations can be in excess of one year at any location on contract to modify F-22 aircraft.

Basic Qualifications:
• Previous project management experience

• Previous Cost/Control Account Management (CAM) experience

• Previous Aircraft modification and/or maintenance experience

• Ability to interpret and execute policies and procedures that typically affect aircraft maintenance activities as related to Air Force Operational units
Desired Skills:
• F-22 or other military aircraft experience
• A working knowledge of sustainment planning, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and related ILS elements desired
• Above average analytical skills
• Above average communication skills and be able to operate with minimum direction and supervision
• Turnaround asset management experience
• Experience with basic USAF avionics principles
• Experience with basic USAF mechanical and electrical system principles
