You will be a The selected candidate will be a Sustainment Control Account Manager Lead - Level 4.
What You Will Be Doing
You will support the F‑22 Control Account Manager team who owns a large portfolio for Sustainment contracts for the Supply Operations and Logistics organization. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution across CAM team and the financial portfolio. Furthermore, you will support monthly business rhythm deadlines, trainings, accurate estimate at completion (EAC) and CEAC as well as supporting organizational leadership reporting.
Key Responsibilities
More specifically, you will own the following tasks and demonstrate the following skills:
• Strong leadership skills leading a team through program execution, deadlines, and dynamic work environment
• Manage the cost, schedule, and technical scope for multiple control accounts tied to any of the following areas: Repairs, Spares, Mod Programs, Provisioning, 3PL Warehousing, and others. In this role as a CAM, you would be required to develop status, forecasting values, update schedules, and provide management financial information to make effective decisions.
• Public speaking skills with ability to brief executive leadership, internal, and external customers. Present at senior leadership briefings on EVMS status of all Supply Operations cost accounts within the teams portfolio. Ensure positive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) measures are maintained.
• Demonstrated analytic skills for large volume of data breakdowns, trends, forecast, and chart creation
• Proposal authoring experience writing Basis of Estimate (BOEs) for labor capture on future scope awards
• Strong SAP technical background knowing transactional outputs and applications
As the Team Lead, you will be the control point that synchronizes material, labor, and travel costs across the F-22 Raptor performance based logistics sustainment contract. Success in this role directly impacts aircraft readiness, program cost‑effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The role is key is for maintaining the United States Air Force superiority and honoring contractual obligations.

Basic Qualifications:
• Holds Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. (Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a Business related field)
• Experience with leading a team, project management and earned value management techniques (i.e. schedule and time management, managing budgets, working to deadlines)
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Business Administration
- Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Finance
- Performance Based Logistics (PBL)
- Inventory Management
• Previous Basis of Estimate (BOE) Authoring, Contracting Support, or Proposal Development Support Experience.
Desired Skills:
• Previous experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
• SAP experience
• APTS experience; Proposal Development Experience
• Contract execution experience with any of the following: Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Basic Ordering Agreement/Contract (BOA/BOC), Contractor Logistic Support (CLS), Modification Programs, Direct Commercial Sales and/or Foreign Military Sales.
• Lean/Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement certification (green belt, etc.)
• Experience performing data and root cause analysis
• Experience performing risk and opportunity management
• MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Teams)
• Outstanding communication and organization skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
