Description:Plans, conducts, and coordinates software
development activities. Designs, develops,
documents, tests, and debugs software that
contains logical and mathematical solutions to
business/mission problems or questions in
computer language for solutions by means of
data processing equipment. Applies the
appropriate standards, processes, procedures,
and tools throughout the development life
cycle. Applies knowledge of computer
hardware and software, subject matter to be
programmed in business/mission applications,
information processing techniques used, and
information gathered from system users to
develop software. Corrects program errors,
prepares operating instructions, compiles
documentation of program development, and
analyzes system capabilities to resolve
questions of program intent, output
requirements, input data acquisition,
programming techniques, and controls.
Ensures software standards are met.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in
a related discipline, or equivalent experience/

(PSSW) Multi-Function Display (MFD) and
Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) Team. This
candidate will work closely with the software
development teams to verify that they are
adhering to the latest software development
plans, creating customer value and delivering
measurable business benefits.
This candidate will be responsible for the
delivery of software products to the customer
and help to define what this role looks like in
the future for software product managers.
They will be interfacing with developers,
customers, and key team members to help
define the automation efforts needed to
automate the current software development
processes. The selected candidate will look for
areas to improve the current process and
leverage new infrastructure and techniques to
enable more frequent delivery while ensuring
software quality.
The ideal candidate will be a member of a
high-performing team and must be self motivated with an excellent work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills. Must
have demonstrated effective communication
skills as the position will require frequent inter organizational and outside customer
interactions.
***Must be a US Citizen. This position is
located at a facility that requires special access
and an Interim Secret clearance to start.***
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an
accredited college/university in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial
combined education, with 14 years or more of
professional experience; or 12 years of
professional experience with a related Masters
degree. Considered an expert, authority in
discipline.

Experience working in teams in a fast-paced
dynamic environment
• Exceptional written, oral, electronic, and
public communication skills
• Ability to interface and communicate with
customers
• Knowledge of PM-4001 and Processes used
for F-35
• Strong organizational skills with attention to
detail and quality
• Strong Agile Scrum and Jira skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
