SAP Scrum Master

Description:Lockheed Martin is currently evaluating and defining our future state of our SAP ERP systems leveraging SAP S/4 HANA. The program is looking for a strong individual as a scrum master.

Responsibilities for Scrum Master
• Lead the agile teams (scrum, scrumban, kanban, etc) in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Helping the product owners and development teams to achieve program success
• Lead the agile and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum teams on removing impediments
• Help the agile and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the agile team achieve higher levels of agile maturity
• Support the product owners and provide education where needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Prior experience on an agile (scrum, Kanban, etc.) team as a scrum master or product owner
• Experience with an agile tracking tool such as Jira or Version One
• Experience and understanding of successful Agile techniques
• Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Ability to work with and lead a team as a servant leader
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Detail oriented, with a focus on ensuring teams execute consistently
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distractions
• Willingness to adapt to Lockheed Martin’s processes and toolsets
Desired Skills:
• Scrum master or other Agile formal training or certification
• Experience in larger scale agile programs
• SAP software development experience
• Knowledge of SAP Activate
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build
