Description:As a member of the Low Observable (LO) Labs & Ranges within Lockheed Martin Aeronautics located in Fort Worth, TX, the selected candidate will provide engineering support to our Material Measurement Lab and Compact Range Radar Cross Section (RCS) test facility.

What You Will Be Doing

The candidate’s primary tasks will be to participate in testing utilizing the material measurement equipment and Compact Range as well as day to day operations of the material measurement lab and RCS measurement ranges. This includes test setup, system performance checks, RCS/Material data collection and data processing. The selected candidate will also assist the LO Test Team in the troubleshooting of system failures and other periodic system upgrades.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering , physics or other related degree
- Knowledge of Electromagnetics (EM) and experience with Radio Frequency (RF) measurements
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle RCS test articles up to 50 lbs.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of measurement radars, ISAR imaging techniques, RF material characterization and electromagnetic theory.
- Experience with EM Material measurement systems such as waveguides, resonators, focused beams, etc.
- Experience with MATLAB or similar
- A desire to work in a "hands on" test environment or laboratory.
- MS in electrical/electronics engineering or other related STEM degree.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to use RCS data processing tools, such as CompuQuest, ARCM, Knowbell, SABER, or Pioneer
- Experience operating, troubleshooting, integrating, and maintaining RF systems (receivers, transmitters, antennas, and radar)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
