The mission of the Sustainment Quality Functional Group within Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS) is to assure adherence and efficiency of Sustainment products and services; develop/sustain standard practices across programs; build value through commonality and a preventive approach; drive Continuous Process Improvement; build Customer Intimacy.

These objectives are attained by empowered teammates who enable consistent application of standard processes and procedures to reduce cost, while engaging counterparts in the exciting Sustainment business area. All the while, the team ensures continuous and open communication with both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will:

- Be identified as Process Lead for DD250 Acceptance across enterprise, engage with Program Management, Sustainment Supply, SCM, SQM, and other organizations to drive delivery performance, and be the primary interface with Prime Contractor DCMA and Delegate DCMA organizations for feedback/continuous improvement of DD250 process.

- Partner with Quality, Sustainment Operations Functionals and multiple line of business counterparts to define and develop Quality policy and procedure, and to drive continuous improvement of overall Quality Management System, while supporting program efficiency goals and contractual requirements.

- Execute Sustainment Quality Transformation and Strategy initiatives

--Sustainment Continuous Process Improvement

This position requires occasional travel
Basic Qualifications:
- Sustainment Operations experience in multiple value streams
- Quality Assurance/Control or Engineering experience
- Working knowledge of DCMA-I-8210, AS9100/9110, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Prior experience assuring adherence to contractual requirements
- Root Cause & Corrective Action experience
- Skills in supporting Customer requirements and addressing concerns

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
- Process owner experience, with creative ability to develop new and innovative processes by integrating multiple stakeholder requirements
- Previous experience responding to customer complaints & Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
- DD250 submittal/acceptance process experience
- Field maintenance and modification experience
- Audit experience
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
