Standard Job Responsibilities Could Include:
• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management, engineering, proposal management and supply chain management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project status, budgets, issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Process Integration across all lines of business, coordinating activities related to data analysis & integrity, demand management, supply plan health, supporting fabrication/assembly, production, development and sustainment.
• Risk Management and development of mitigation plans with Buyer, Supplier, Supplier Performance Team – Technical Service Manager, Supplier Quality Managers and Internal Customers
• Global Logistics and operational support to ensure goods movement/management Domestically & Internationally.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree; Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field.

• Candidate must be self-motivated, a strong communicator, able to effectively multi-task, with an ability to balance multiple priorities at one time.

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
