Description:This Project Engineering position will support F-35 Production Operations and Fleet Modifications. The entrants’ primary responsibility is the execution, and coordination of cross-functional engineering projects and/or development of statement of work for Mod Engineering Change Proposals. Responsibilities include integration and coordination with engineering design, system integration teams, and support technical reviews to identify the most suitable solutions. The candidate will interact with multiple engineering disciplines, and functions including Prod Ops, Sustainment, and Program Management. A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to establish a project business rhythm for communicating with internal & external customers at all levels. Convey capabilities, influence others in data driven manner, and create standard sustainment processes, and procedures. Identify, and create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitors, maintains, analyzes, and reports that illustrate Engineering performance to business plan targets.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technically related field
Desired Skills:
Systems, Aerospace, Mechanical or Software Engineering
Good communication skills preferred, as position requires interfacing with internal and external customers to report technical, and scheduling status.
Experience working in teams and interfacing with external customers, and experience in project management skill sets desired.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
