Description:You will be the **Program Management Manager – Level 5** for the **F‑22 Modernization** team which is responsible for delivering high‑impact technology to keep the F‑22 dominant and ready.

**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Program Management Manager – Level 5 you will be responsible for leading the execution of F‑22 development contracts from technology maturation through production and fielding.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead cross‑functional interaction with engineering, contracting, business management, supply chain, and sustainment teams.
- Integrate dependencies across multiple contracts and manage program budgets, schedules, and technical requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cross‑portfolio risks and opportunities.
- Drive cost, schedule, and performance management while maintaining strong customer and warfighter communication.
- Ensure all actions comply with classified‑program protocols and security requirements.

You are a collaborative leader with proven experience managing agile software development and hardware programs. You thrive in high‑stakes environments, excel at translating technical complexity into clear action, and bring a decisive, results‑focused mindset to every challenge.

**Further Information About This Opportunity**
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Some travel required.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education
• Experience with program/project management and program integration processes; or experience leading development or production programs
• Customer Relations experience
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Business acumen experience, including negotiation and conflict management skills
• Engineering Experience and/or Experience Leading Execution of Development Programs
• Managing agile software development / DevOps programs
• Experience with Maturing and Transitioning Technology and/or Experience with Development Integration Efforts
• Experience with DoD/DoW acquisition planning
• Financial experience managing cost plus and fixed price contracts.
• Demonstrated rapport with customers and strong working relationships with functions and programs
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex issues & solutions with senior leadership (e.g. program status, risk and mitigation strategies, etc)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
