Description:Program Assist & Integration – Integrator

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of the Program Assist & Integration (PA&I) team.

About the PA&I Team:
The PA&I Team serves as the primary source of Earned Value (EV) support within the Aeronautics Business Area. We ensure that the Control Account Manager (CAM) community and wider EV community receive comprehensive support, including training resources, job aids, checklists, and ongoing assistance to enhance their effectiveness in their respective roles. Our scope of support encompasses all four Lines of Business (LOBs), and we are committed to developing and coordinating formalized training programs for the EV community, such as PPM-101 and PPM-201, alongside various additional formal and informal courses. In addition to training, the PA&I Team provides a range of support services to the LOBs to facilitate their EV management processes.

Role Overview:
As a member of the PA&I team, you will play a vital role in various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Program Management (PM) and Control Account Manager (CAM) Implementation Support:
Assist in establishing and executing accurate and compliant Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs), focusing on integrated technical, schedule, and cost work plans and performance.
Coordinate and prepare for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), internal and joint surveillance, and external surveillance review actions, along with coordinating associated corrective action plans.

Implementation of EV Business Rhythms and EVMS Solutions:
Support the implementation of Earned Value (EV) Business Rhythms, emphasizing standardized tools, methods, and reports to streamline processes.
Develop and implement Earned Value Management System (EVMS) solutions, encompassing planning, organization, control, and integration with program teams.
Provide clear direction and communication to Line of Business personnel on significant PPM issues, ensuring EVM continued compliance across programs.

Enhancements to EV Training Efforts and Additional Activities:
Focus on EV training efforts, may include enhancements to PPM-101 to include delivery of instruction, CAM completion tracking, coordination with corporate on content improvements and coordination of PPM-201 delivery and scheduling.
Support the creation and delivery of Enrichment Sessions and EV-wide communications (e.g., PA&I Newsletter).
Undertake ad-hoc activities, such as approvals of system access, CAM flag tracking, developing recommendations to address Enterprise Performance objectives, improving reporting activities, and limited WordPress site maintenance (CAM Guidebook and PA&I sites).

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can proactively identify areas requiring assistance, develop recommendations, and drive them to implementation while collaborating effectively with multiple functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight or guidance and is proficient in various EVMS tools and processes utilized within Aero. Additionally, they should have experience in envisioning and implementing improved solutions beyond current processes.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Expert level understanding and experience with Program Performance Management processes, tools, work products and reporting
• Experience with EVM guideline compliance in internal, corporate or customer compliance assessment/audit
• Experience with establishment and execution of Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) and preparation/participation in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
• Experience with EVM account execution efforts – ex. monthly reporting, variance analysis reporting, estimate to complete and estimate change request analysis, schedule status
• Control Account Management (CAM) trained
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 15 years of related experience
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Access)
• High proficiency with PM Compass, Cobra, OpenPlan, Empower, Tableau
• Experience with Planning role
• Experience with EVM ANSI guideline compliance in internal, corporate or customer compliance assessment/audit
• Experience with both DFAR and Non-DFAR Contracts
• Experience with Aero Lines of Business
• LM21 Green Belt Certified
• Wordpress website experience
• Working knowledge of PPMP-01 and LM Aero EVMS command media
• Experience with DDM corrective action plan (CAP) root cause analysis and closure efforts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Ability to influence/coach others
• Experience in delivering training content or material
• Self-starter, requiring minimal oversight and direction
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $107,400 - $205,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
