Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a highly motivated Operations Engineer Senior (Level 3) to join our MRP Demand Planning team in Fort Worth, TX. This role is responsible for providing Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) support across multiple programs, ensuring on-time material consumption, demand replenishment, and inventory accuracy at subcontract vendor locations globally. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Inventory Management & Vendor Coordination – Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to maintain accurate Lockheed Martin inventory at multiple vendor facilities worldwide.
Data Analysis & Decision-Making – Analyze complex data to identify trends, support inventory reconciliation, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Process Support & Documentation – Assist with revisions to Buyer Furnished Material (BFM) Plan documentation and provide guidance/training to buyers and suppliers on inventory tracking tools.
Subcontract Logic & Material Tracking – Ensure accuracy of subcontract logic on Material Masters, Purchase Orders, and supplier inventory submissions, optimizing inventory throughput and backlog burndown.
Systems Utilization – Leverage SAP, SiCOMP, Tableau, CAPP, and other software tools to execute daily MRP and demand planning tasks.

Basic Qualifications:
• Familiarity with inventory management and/or supply/demand processes.
• Familiarity with reconciliation of data from multiple sources.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Team Furnished Equipment / Buyer Furnished Material and Subcontract/Pegging processes.
• Experience with Buyer/Supplier Coordination: Prior experience working with buyers/suppliers on inventory or materials management.
• Familiarity with inventory reconciliation processes and subcontract logic adjustments in SAP.
• Experience reviewing Data elements from SAP Tables, and identifying actionable items.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel: creating various types of formulas (i.e. - calculations, look ups, conditional formatting, pivots, etc.).
• Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of SiCOMP, Tableau, or CAPP.
• Experience in requirements & replenishments and demand execution plans, as well as the affects on the rest of the business.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to adapt the delivery of training/guidance information based on the audience and desired outcome.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
