What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst Sr to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will support the integration, sustainment, and improvement of logistics and supply chain systems that enable global operations.

As part of the broader Supply Operations & Logistics (SO&L) organization, you will contribute to the coordination and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, with a focus on tools such as SPM, SAP, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Working alongside senior analysts and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure technical alignment, drive tool adoption, and support data-driven decision-making across the sustainment environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SPM and SAP-related tools for repair, spares, and inventory management

- Assist in the adoption and application of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within sustainment operations

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements

- Contribute to process improvement efforts that drive efficiency and standardization across logistics and supply chain functions

- Participate in planning sessions, user testing, and system reviews to help ensure alignment with program and business needs

- Maintain working knowledge of related systems such as ATLAS, SEEBASS, ALIS, and GOLDesp

- Assist with data collection and reporting for performance metrics and system utilization

- Communicate project updates, system issues, and process insights to team members and leadership as appropriate

- Engage with Agile teams and cross-functional partners to support sustainment initiatives

You are a detail-driven and proactive operations professional with a growing background in supply chain systems, logistics, and sustainment support. You’re comfortable working with enterprise tools like SAP and SPM, and you’re eager to deepen your expertise by working alongside technical leads and cross-functional teams.

You bring strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset to every challenge. Whether it's supporting new system implementations or improving existing workflows, you take pride in delivering high-quality work that supports operational success and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or 5 years of professional experience in absence of Bachelors Degree

- Demonstrated Data Analytics experience

- Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Management experience
Desired Skills:
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Self-Service, QlikView, PowerBI, or other similar tools

- Programming experience and demonstrated proficiency with at least one modern software language such as C++, C, C#, Java, Python, etc.

- Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) efforts

- Project Management experience

- Understanding of performance metric measures or KPI reporting techniques a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
