Description:
Lockheed Martin is looking for a world-class individual to join our Military Operations Analysis, leadership team. As the Manager, Military Operations Analysis, F-35 & IFG, you will lead a skilled team for analysis of current and future LM Aeronautics combat platforms. This team supports the following programs: F-16, F-35, F-22, and Advanced Development Programs I&D activities.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Manager, Military Operations Analysis, you will lead efforts to research & analyze evolving adversary capabilities, modernize and expand OA tools and methods to meet program analysis requirements, and improve MOA infrastructure and facilities to improve efficiencies, lower costs, and increase collaboration across the enterprise.
Responsibilities will include:
• Analytical support of F-35 and IFG modernization programs,
• Establish operating policies and procedures to resolve critical/complex problems
• Development of MOA Tools/Methods, guiding leads on new methods and/or enhance current tools
You will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time-management skills. You will work and lead in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, team environment.
Travel on occasion is required.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a security clearance.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Selected applicant is required to possess a Top Secret clearance with the ability to access SAP.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven ability to effectively lead technical team to deliver quality products and meet stakeholder requirements
• Bachelors or above degree in a STEM discipline or combination of Bachelors Degree with relevant experience.
• Expertise with analysis tools for evaluating mission effectiveness (e.g. AFSIM, BRAWLER, ESAMS, EADSIM, JAAM, RCAT, or SUPPRESSOR)
• Must have an active Secret clearance, able to obtain SAP access
Desired Skills:
• Experience working directly with US Military Agencies.
• Experience working with ADP teams.
• Experience working with Aero programs (e.g. F-35, F-22, C-130)
• Expertise with multiple government engagement and mission level simulations tools
• Current SAP access
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
