Description:What You Will Be Doing:

This position is for the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) role For United Arab Emirates (UAE). This position is an in country assignment in Abu Dhabi. The role will have primary responsibility of all sustainment activities in country. Candidate will perform ILSM oversight for the program to include leading all comprehensive logistics and sustainment planning and support requirements. Point of contact for contractor's logistics efforts with the customer. Ensures that all support system elements are integrated into the overall Air Vehicle design and specifications. Coordinates support from all program and sustainment areas to achieve desired results. Identifies issues that can be addressed by Lockheed Martin and presents to leadership (internal and external) with recommendations to correct. Assists Technical Publications, Supply/Kit Management, and Production Operations/Planning in execution of Kit Installations and Tech Data Validation/Verification activity. Coordinates and tracks recall activity from identification of the issue through resolution and corrective action. Will be involved on all sustainment estimates, proposals, subcontracts, SSOW’s, etc. Coordinates all import/export processes and manages shipping activities to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations. Serves as the primary point of contact for daily, in-person customer engagement, addressing fleet sustainment and supportability issues. Maintains consistent communication between the customer and internal Program and Engineering teams, ensuring effective reach-back support. Provides regular status updates to the customer and program team on open contract deliverables and milestones. Collaborates directly with the customer to identify long-term fleet sustainment objectives and develop aligned support strategies. Works with both program staff and end users to complete all required contract documentation, ensuring alignment with long-range program objectives. Facilitates effective communication, conflict resolution, and relationship management among stakeholders to drive program success. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customer personnel, fostering trust and a collaborative environment. Will work closely with the program management teams to ensure comprehensive logistics, sustainment planning, and support requirements meet contractual obligations.

Basic Qualifications:
Sustainment knowledge (Spares, SE, CSTOs, Training, etc.)
Proposal knowledge.
Program/Project management experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excel and PowerPoint a must
Experience with F-16, F-35, or F-22 platforms.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge and experience with international programs.
Working knowledge of the Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Risk Management, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) process, Integrated Master Schedule
CAM and EV knowledge
(IMS)/Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
Understanding of military base supply systems.
Knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge of Estimating and Proposal Development.
Program/Project management experience.
Experience with performance-based metrics and how those metrics relate to sustainment core competencies.
Knowledge of USAF Sustainment, DOD System Acquisition, and Industry Partnerships.
Working Knowledge of Turn Around Asset modification programs
Demonstrated ability to consistently brief external and internal stakeholders at executive level
Experience coordinating and tracking issues through resolution and corrective action
ILIAS knowledge
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
